Two major issues have plagued (and continue to plague) California’s cannabis industry.  The first is the limited availability of banking institutions to serve cannabis retailers.  The second is the devastating and still-lasting effects of past marijuana crimes appearing on one’s record.

California legislators have proposed SB 930 and AB 1793 to address these issues.  Read more from NORML below:
