GianDominic Vitiello is a visionary who pioneered litigation strategies to address the needs of the real estate market after the financial crisis of 2007. He actively participated in the litigation and settlement of hundreds of cases in the area of real estate law as a first chair trial attorney. His outside-the-box approach to litigating novel issues has served the firm’s clientele in partnership disputes, administrative/regulatory proceedings, and finance issues.

Prior to law school, Dom attended the University of Miami where he received a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, with honors, and in Political Science. He served as president of the Phi Sigma Tau Honor Society during his undergraduate studies. At Pepperdine University School of Law, Dom earned his juris doctorate degree in addition to receiving certification from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution where he focused on negotiation and mediation theory and practice, as well as arbitration. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of California.
