Rubina Andonian is an experienced litigator who has represented both large and small private entities and individuals in commercial litigation matters, including employment matters and general commercial and contractual disputes. She has handled all phases of litigation including developing case strategy, preparing litigation and discovery plans, writing and arguing law and motions, and in trial. She is also experienced in handling federal and appellate matters. Her vast experience in employee relations was obtained by working in the human resources department of a retail tire distribution company, as well as in the human resources department of a private hedge fund firm.

Rubina attended the University of Southern California where she earned her B.A. in Political Science and minored in French. She went on to graduate from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was a recipient of a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution.

Rubina Andonian serves as of counsel to the firm’s employment compliance and labor services branch. Prior to joining the firm, Rubina’s practice was concentrated on employment litigation and related transactional matters.
